Crispy cheburek dough with vodka

Light, elastic, very soft. Simple and fast. The dough for chebureks, crispy with vodka, is mixed from the simplest ingredients. Thanks to the vodka in the composition, the dough is very pliable, and the finished products are crispy with a golden brown crust. In addition, ready-made pasties do not become stale during storage.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to knead crispy dough for chebureks using vodka? Prepare the following ingredients. Warm water is needed.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Pour sugar and salt into a glass of warm water and stir until they dissolve.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add vegetable oil, pour in vodka and stir. Vodka is added to make the dough crispy.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Sift the flour, preferably twice, into a large bowl. Thanks to sifting, it will be saturated with oxygen, and the finished products will be more tender and softer. You may need a little more or a little less flour, so sift a little less than the specified amount into the bowl. Then, if necessary, you can add more flour.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Make a well in the flour and pour warm water mixed with other ingredients into it.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Knead the dough with your hands for about ten minutes. Let the dough rest and knead it again. Now the dough for pasties with bubbles is crispy and ready. You can start preparing pasties.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

The dough needs to be rolled out very thin. Fry the pasties in a large amount of oil on both sides.

Before I made this crispy dough for chebureks with vodka, it seemed to me that I knew how to cook chebureks))) Previously, I made the dough for chebureks very cool, without adding sugar or vodka. This time everything is according to the recipe. The dough is great! It was very soft, and at first it stuck to your hands when kneading, so I kneaded it for a long time, as the author of the recipe advises. The dough became elastic, slightly stuck to the table (it stuck, not sticky, as you can see in the second photo), but did not require additional dusting with flour. The chebureks turned out delicious! Crispy, bubbly, I’ve never had them like this! And, yes, you need to roll it out very thin and fry it in a lot of oil. Thanks for the recipe!
