I needed to use open blackcurrant jam. Through a search, I found how to make pie dough. Using the recipe “shortcrust pastry with margarine for a pie,” I made excellent shortcrust pastry. I ground margarine into crumbs with water, powdered sugar and flour. It came out homogeneous, soft and not sticky to your hands. Before forming the pie, I put the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour, wrapped in film. Refrigerated dough is very easy to work with. I rolled it out and rubbed it without any problems. An excellent pie with a diameter of 20 cm was made from shortcrust pastry according to this recipe. After baking, the dough is very tender and soft, crispy and tasty. I liked the recipe! And fast, and simple, and the products are affordable) Thank you!
