  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

First you need to take a piece of toast bread and put it on the board. Take a glass and place its bottom in the center of the sandwich bread, pressing down well to form a round depression in the center.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Place two pieces of cooked smoked bacon in a frying pan (raw smoked bacon can be used if desired) and, without adding oil, fry them on both sides over medium heat. After which, remove the pan from the heat.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Take a large-diameter frying pan and place two pieces of sandwich bread at once: one regular, the other with a round depression (put it down to the bottom of the pan). Toast the bread until lightly golden, then turn the pieces over. Beat the egg into the indented piece and add salt to taste. Then cover the pan with a lid and continue frying until the eggs are ready. Then remove the pan from the heat.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Prepare all the ingredients to assemble the toast. To do this, you need to wash the frillis lettuce and tomato. Cut the tomato into thin round slices. Place a basic crusty piece of toast bread on a work surface. Layer on it everything you need for the assembled sandwich, namely: frillis leaves, fried pieces of bacon, a slice of cheese and chopped tomatoes.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Next, you need to take a piece of sandwich bread fried with an egg (if you wish, you can pepper the egg a little on top) and place it on top of the rest of the ingredients. Crispy breakfast toast with vegetables, bacon and egg is ready! It should be served immediately while it is warm.
