Beat the powdered sugar and cream in a mixer bowl until fluffy. Then I added curd cheese and thoroughly mixed everything together until a homogeneous thick mass. This curd cream for homemade cake is beyond praise! I love making cream cakes. But this, my first cream with curd cheese and cream, turned out light, airy and very tasty. I think this cream is ideal for cakes with a fruit or berry layer. This cream can be used to decorate muffins and cupcakes. Making the cream is quite simple, and most importantly - quick!
