Crab stick rolls are what we decided to cook for dinner as a light snack, but it turned out to be a very filling dish. Here a second surprise awaited us: the sticks did not unwind at all - they were made from solid “dough”. Having ruined a couple of sticks, I came to the decision to cut them in the center like a hod dog, since the filling was already ready. To the delight of my family, everything worked out and the snack was sold out in 5 minutes. Be careful when buying crab sticks)!

It must be very tasty. Your advice on what to do if the sticks don’t unfold well, I’m reading this for the first time! I recently bought good crab sticks and couldn’t make rolls out of them. Now I will know this method!
