STEP 1

Boil the eggs hard. To do this, place them in a suitable container, fill with cold water and place on medium heat. Add a little salt to the water, this will keep the shell intact. Boil the eggs for 9-10 minutes after the water boils. Pour cold water over the finished eggs. A sharp change in temperature will help clean the shell better. Separate the whites from the yolks and grate them separately on a medium grater.

Also grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Peel the garlic and pass through a press.

Wash the parsley, dry and finely chop.

In a salad bowl, combine grated whites, one grated yolk, cheese, garlic and parsley.
