I mixed all the ingredients and admired them. The salad turned out so picturesque! I poured mayonnaise on it - a thin stream, and then mixed it. The first impression of the salad was that it was so spring-like. This is from a fresh cucumber. The texture of the salad is dense, thanks to the crab sticks and cheese, and filling. What an interesting salad, recipe for crab salad with melted cheese. I wanted to cook it for myself for dinner. I chopped the crab meat finely, grated the hard cheese on a coarse grater, and broke the melted cheese into pieces with a spoon. I had the melted cheese in a bath, I froze it a little to make it easier to chop. I hard-boiled the eggs, peeled them and chopped them into small pieces, instead of fresh cucumber I used pickled cucumber, it fit perfectly in this salad, adding a delicious spicy note and aroma. I shredded Beijing cabbage on a Korean grater and added it to the salad. Instead of olives, I took olives, since the last berry was left from the olives, and I decided to leave it for decoration. The combination of products is ideal, cheese and eggs add tenderness, cucumber and olives add spice and piquancy, crab meat gives a hint of the sea. Seasoned everything with homemade mayonnaise and cooled it. Wonderful recipe!
