I peeled the potatoes, cut them into slices, placed them in a deep bowl, added vegetable oil (replaced olive oil), salt, Italian herbs, two cloves of garlic, grated on a medium grater (I took it instead of dry). I stirred the potatoes so that the oil coated each piece, then put them in a mold and put them in the oven for 30 minutes, setting the temperature to 220°. While the potatoes were baking, I started on the meat. I cut the bone off the loin, cut the meat lengthwise into two steaks and fried it over high heat until golden brown. Then I put the loin in the pan with the potatoes, covered it with foil and put it in the oven for 20 minutes. The potatoes and meat became soft and flavorful.
