STEP 1
How to make country-style potatoes with meat in the oven? It couldn't be simpler! You can add or replace spices to your taste. You can replace pork with any other meat, but keep in mind that the cooking time, taste and calorie content of the dish will change. Choose a part of the carcass according to your taste. It can be a ham, shoulder, loin, carbonate, neck, tenderloin, etc. I have portioned loins on the bone. Turn on the oven to 190 degrees in advance
STEP 2
Rinse the potatoes thoroughly and scrub them with a brush, because we will bake them with their skins on. Cut each potato into slices. The variety and size of the potato directly affects both the cooking time and the taste and appearance of the dish. For baking you need potatoes with a high starch content. If you use low-starch potatoes that are not intended for baking, they may remain soggy even after baking for a long time.
STEP 3
Place the chopped potatoes in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with potato seasoning, dried garlic, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
STEP 4

While the potatoes are baking, rinse and dry the pork. Fry in a frying pan over high heat on both sides until golden brown. At the end, salt and pepper the pork. STEP 6
Place the fried loins on top of the potatoes. Return the pan to the oven for another 20-30 minutes. If the potatoes remain a bit tough, cover the pan with foil. The exact baking time depends on your oven and ingredients.
