Country-style potatoes in a slow cooker

STEP 1

We will prepare the required number of products according to the list. We wash the potatoes well with a brush, but do not peel them.

Peel the garlic cloves and rinse the dill.

We cut the washed potato tubers into large slices; if the potatoes are not large, it is enough to cut them into 4 parts lengthwise.

Sprinkle the potatoes with salt and spices.
STEP 5

Drizzle the potatoes with sunflower oil.
STEP 6

Mix potatoes with spices, salt and oil well.
STEP 7

Place the prepared potatoes in the multicooker bowl.
STEP 8

Place the bowl with potatoes in the multicooker, do not cover with a lid.
STEP 9

We turn on the frying program, in this model we turn on the chicken cooking mode, time 12 minutes.
STEP 10

Fry the potatoes for 12 minutes, stirring 3-4 times until they brown on all sides.
STEP 11

While the potatoes are frying, pass the garlic through a press.
STEP 12

When the frying program ends, add garlic to the potatoes.
STEP 13

Pour half a glass of water into the multicooker bowl.
STEP 14

Close the multicooker with a lid.
STEP 15

We turn on the program for stewing or cooking porridge or pilaf for 13 minutes.
STEP 16

Meanwhile, finely chop the dill.
STEP 17

When the multicooker beeps, release steam from it and lift the lid. The potatoes are ready.
STEP 18

Place the country-style hot potatoes on plates, sprinkle with chopped dill and serve.
