Country-style potatoes in a slow cooker turned out very tasty and the whole family liked them. For this recipe, I took seven large potatoes (about 1.2 kg). Replaced the garlic with garlic powder. From spices I added salt and paprika. I fried the potatoes for about 15 minutes on the “Frying” mode, simmered them for 30 minutes on the “Stew” mode. The potatoes turned out very tasty with an appetizing aroma of garlic. It turned out soft, but retained its shape. Elena, thank you very much for the wonderful recipe!

Thank you for sharing your delicious potato recipe! I cook the potatoes differently, first I boil them a little until half cooked and only then fry them, first salting them with Tasty salt with garlic and herbs, add onions and fry until golden brown. When serving, I sprinkle with dill. It’s very tasty with pickled cucumbers and vegetable salads.
