STEP 1

Break two chicken eggs into a saucepan, add one hundred grams of sugar and stir.

Add 200 gr to the saucepan. 20% cream, one teaspoon of vanilla, mix well and place on a heated stove. Bring the mixture to a boil, lower the heat on the stove and cook the cream sauce for about three minutes, stirring, then set to cool.
STEP 3

In a large bowl, rub the cottage cheese with a fat content of 9% or more through a sieve so that it becomes more tender, airy and holds its shape well during the cooking process.
STEP 4

Grind the candied fruits into smaller cubes.
STEP 5

Cut fresh strawberries into small cubes, leaving a few berries for Easter decoration.
STEP 6

Add 100 g to the saucepan. butter.

After time has passed, when the curd Easter has hardened and excess liquid has flowed out through the bottom edge, remove the mold and carefully remove the gauze. Decorate Easter with sliced strawberries and pour melted chocolate on top.
