Cottage cheese casserole with yogurt and starch in the oven
Very tasty with fresh fruits and berries. I already have a decent collection of cottage cheese casseroles. This casserole is interesting because its taste can be easily varied with the help of one or another yogurt.
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare the ingredients.
STEP 2

Separate the whites from the yolks.
STEP 3

Mix cottage cheese with yogurt, sugar, eggs and yolks.
STEP 4

Stir until smooth.
STEP 5

Beat the whites with salt into a fluffy, stable foam.
STEP 6

Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the curd mixture.
STEP 7

Pour the dough into a baking dish.
STEP 8

Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 40 minutes.
