Cornmeal Turkey Chops

STEP 1
How to make turkey chops? Prepare the products according to the list. It is better to use chilled turkey fillet, it will be more tender. But if you have a frozen product, then defrost it slowly, on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. I took chilled fillets, which needed to be washed and dried with paper towels.
STEP 2
Cut the fillet into slices 7-8 mm thick.
STEP 3
Beat each piece with a kitchen hammer. Salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 4
Place the frying pan in which you will fry on the fire. Heat vegetable oil in it. It is better to take oil that is odorless and has a high smoke point. While the pan is heating up, make the batter. Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk with a fork or whisk. There is no need to beat, just stir the egg until smooth.
STEP 5
Add grated hard cheese to the batter. Mix everything.
STEP 6
Place the wheat and corn flour in a separate plate. Mix. Now take the chop, roll both sides in flour...

and dip into egg-cheese batter.
STEP 8
Immediately fry in a heated frying pan. I advise you to lower a spatula into the oil in the frying pan before starting frying: if bubbles gather around it, then you can start cooking.
STEP 9
When one side is done (about 3-4 minutes), flip the chop over to the other side and cook until done. Fry all the chops in this manner.
STEP 10
These are the turkey chops we got. Very tender and fragrant.
