    Place the butter in the milk and heat until the butter has melted. The milk will become noticeably hot and will need to be cooled to around 38 degrees, it should feel pleasantly warm to the touch. Since we are dealing with yeast, a hot environment can kill it.

For baking, it is best to use the finest corn flour. I used a coarser fraction, so the bread turned out slightly grainy, crumbly, but tasty. Due to the addition of corn flour, the color is slightly different from the usual white bread; it is not bright yellow, but somehow bright, downright festive.
