Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

CAKE: Break the chocolate into small pieces, place in a heatproof bowl and place on a pan of suitable diameter with boiling water. Add butter. Stir with a whisk until the chocolate has melted in a water bath and the mixture is completely homogeneous.
STEP 2

Add vanilla sugar to the chocolate, beat in the eggs one at a time, stirring constantly.
STEP 3

Sift flour and salt into a bowl, add sugar. Pour the mixture into the chocolate and stir gently. Grease a baking tray with oil and line with baking paper. Pour out the resulting dough. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes. Let cool completely.
STEP 4

CREAM: Beat butter with a mixer. Continuing to beat, pour in the condensed milk. Place the cream in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
STEP 5

COOKIES: Cut the cooled dough sheet into pieces the size of army shoulder straps. Use a knife to round the corners at one end of each piece.
STEP 6

Transfer the cream into a pastry bag fitted with a thin tip. Apply insignia to half of the chocolate shoulder straps with cream. Coat the remaining half evenly with cream, fold the shoulder straps in half with the coated cream inside and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
