The dough is easy and quick to make, you just need to wait until it hardens in the refrigerator. I did not pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, but kneaded it with a wooden potato masher. When rolling out the dough, I additionally dusted the work surface with flour. The “curd envelopes” cookies turned out to be very tender, soft, tasty and at the same time satisfying. I really liked the recipe, thank you!

The concocted cookies were eaten instantly. I managed to buy homemade cottage cheese and the filling turned out to be very tender. Wouldn't curd mass work in the recipe? Next time I'll try to do it. The dough actually turns out crispy. I recommend everyone to try it. Thanks to the author.

Thanks for your feedback! I DO NOT RECOMMEND curd mass in the dough! It contains a lot of additives (butter, sugar, preservatives) and is moist. It will take a lot of flour and will be too high in calories.

IrenDV, what pretty cookies, they’re simply adorable! And how easy they are to make! Similar to “kisses” from childhood! Thanks for the recipe!
