Break two chicken eggs into a deep bowl, pour one quarter teaspoon of salt into it and, breaking all the white threads, beat thoroughly until smooth.

Sift one hundred and seventy grams of wheat flour into a bowl with the egg mass, pour one third of a teaspoon of soda into it and knead the dough to the desired consistency, which is then kneaded well for five minutes.

Gather the dough into a ball and place it in a plastic bag for thirty minutes.
STEP 5

After some time, pour a small amount of flour onto the table, then lay out the dough and cut it into two equal parts.

Knead each part of the dough well.

Using a rolling pin, roll out each piece of dough into very thin sheets.
STEP 8

Using an openwork or ordinary knife, cut the cakes into several strips of dough two and a half to three centimeters wide.

Pour five hundred milliliters of vegetable oil into a saucepan and heat it well on the stove.
STEP 10

Carefully roll each cut strip of dough onto a fork.
STEP 11

Place the strips of dough rolled onto a fork one at a time into a saucepan with boiling oil and, using a second fork, turn over and fry until golden brown on each side.
STEP 12

Place the dough roses fried in boiling oil on a plate lined with a napkin.
STEP 13

Sprinkle the prepared brushwood with powdered sugar on top.
