You need cream with a fat content of 33-35%, suitable for whipping. You can replace boiled condensed milk with regular milk. If you take boiled, you can take store-bought or cook at home yourself. Wash the bananas and dry with napkins. They should be soft and ripe.

    Peel the washed bananas and break them into small pieces. Take soft, not overripe, but not hard greenish bananas. The skin of bananas should be a rich yellow color without black spots.

    Place bananas and boiled condensed milk in a bowl. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth. There should be no banana pieces in it.

I made homemade ice cream from condensed milk with cream and banana. Mmm, how delicious it turned out! I used boiled store-bought condensed milk and then poured it over the finished ice cream. I left the mold with ice cream in the freezer overnight, and during the day the whole family enjoyed trying out what happened. Soft, airy and very tasty ice cream, I recommend it to everyone!
