Fruits can be combined in different ways. For example, try covering a compote of apples and plums.

I don’t like very sweet compotes, and I liked this recipe because the compote was moderately sweet and perfectly quenched my thirst. I prepared compote of apples and pears for the winter using two liters of water. I cooked it not as a preparation for the future, but in order to drink it now. I followed all the steps according to the recipe, but I didn’t seal the jar (I used a three-liter jar), but simply covered it with a lid and waited for it to cool completely. In the current heat it took a very long time to cool down, but it brewed well. It turned out to be an excellent compote! Thanks for the recipe! In the future, I will definitely close several three-liter jars for the winter.
