Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

ROLLS: Pepper, salt and pepper the minced meat.
STEP 2

Defrost the dough, cut strips 5 cm wide. Grease each strip with minced meat.
STEP 3

Moisten the edge of each strip with water.
STEP 4

Roll the strips into rolls.
STEP 5

Grease a 26 cm diameter mold with butter. Place the rolls at a distance. Brush with beaten egg.
STEP 6

Turn on the oven at 250 degrees, put the rolls in there, gradually reduce the temperature to 200 degrees, bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 7

SAUCE: Add chopped processed cheese to the cream.
STEP 8

Cook, stirring vigorously until the cheese dissolves.
STEP 9

Pour hot sauce over hot rolls and sprinkle with spices.
STEP 10

Serve the dish warm.
