Cold beef - Algerian cuisine
Beef and egg? Why not - it’s so delicious! An interesting combination of beef and chicken egg. The piquant taste and oriental aroma make you eat every last crumb. The highlight of the recipe is that it can be eaten both cold and hot.
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 2 hr
STEP 1
Cut the beef into very thin slices
STEP 2
put in a saucepan, add water, add salt, black pepper, bay leaf, saffron, cook for half an hour. Cut the onion into slices, chop the parsley
STEP 3
Continue cooking for 10 minutes
STEP 4
Place the eggs in a container and cut them and squeeze the juice from the lemon.
STEP 5
Beat eggs with lemon juice
STEP 6
Transfer the meat to a baking sheet that has been previously greased with oil. Pour the egg mixture over the meat.
STEP 7
Cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with herbs. Bon appetit!
