First of all, prepare the necessary products and spices to prepare a hearty meat pie with vegetables.
STEP 2

To prepare the dough, take a large bowl and a fine sieve, then sift two hundred and fifty grams of premium wheat flour into the bowl, then pour half a teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of sugar, one teaspoon of baking powder into it and mix all the dry ingredients together.
STEP 3

Place two hundred grams of 15% sour cream, twenty-five grams of softened butter in a bowl with dry ingredients, then mix all the ingredients together and knead the dough.
STEP 4

Continue to collect and knead the dough in the bowl with your hands, after which the homogeneous and fairly soft dough is placed in a plastic bag for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Take a frying pan and place it on the stove that is on, then put four hundred grams of mixed minced meat into it, which you then mix and fry on the high heat of the stove.

Place the remaining piece of dough on a table sprinkled with a small amount of wheat flour and roll it out to a thin flat cake, which you then place on top of the filling and tightly mold the edges of the flat cakes together.

To decorate the pie, make small notches on top with a knife and cuts with scissors, then place the pan in an oven preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees and bake the pie until fully cooked for thirty-five to forty minutes.
