The cheesecakes are just super, I love them!! I cook them often too. Only I don’t fry the cheesecakes themselves, but bake them and add cinnamon or vanilla to the sour cream filling, then during baking the aroma permeates the whole apartment :)

I really love eating and cooking cheesecakes, although when I made my first cheesecakes, my frying pan almost died of horror. Now everything is much better, but I’ve never tried it with semolina. But the idea is good and even very good..... Thank you!

Angel, how delicious are your cheesecakes with filling!!! They look so delicious mmm... I often cook them, just fry them in a frying pan, and pour sour cream over the already prepared ones and sprinkle with sugar or jam with berries, or eat the dry ones when I’m angry.
