I really liked the recipe for cinnamon shortbread cookies - everyone in our family loves such baked goods. I significantly increased the amount of cinnamon and sugar in the dough (according to my taste), and also sprinkled cinnamon and sugar on top of the cookies. Therefore, the dough turned out darker in color. I didn't add vanilla at all. The dough was kept in the refrigerator for only 10-15 minutes (and not an hour, as the author advises), and during this time the dough became very loose (probably the soda reacted with the sour cream). Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. The results were very tasty homemade cookies, soft and crumbly. Good recipe, I will definitely use it again!
