STEP 1

How to make cinnamon cookies from pita bread? Prepare all ingredients. Instead of cane sugar (demerara), you can use regular white sugar. You can replace the thin pita bread with several Mexican tortillas. Also, to make cookies, take ground cinnamon and high-quality butter.

Place the cookie coated in the cinnamon sugar mixture on a baking sheet. Do the same procedure with the remaining pieces of pita bread. The cookies on the baking sheet can be placed quite close to each other, they will not stick together during baking.
STEP 8

Place the baking sheet with cookies in an oven preheated to 175°C and bake them for 6-8 minutes. The duration and temperature of baking may vary depending on the thickness and quality of the pita bread, as well as the temperature and design of the oven.
