    To prepare the dough, take a large bowl, then pour two hundred milliliters of warm milk into it and break one chicken egg; take all products for preparing the yeast dough at room temperature.

    Pour seven grams of dry instant yeast, one teaspoon of vanilla sugar, thirty grams of sugar, a pinch of salt for taste and one hundred and fifty grams of cottage cheese into a common bowl.

    Place four hundred and fifty grams of premium wheat flour pre-sifted through a fine sieve into a common bowl and pour one teaspoon of baking powder into it.
