Chopped chicken cutlets with cheese
Chicken cutlets with cheese and herbs - you'll lick your fingers! My son has been asking me to cook something like McDonald’s nuggets for a long time. I made these cutlets. This, of course, is not exactly the same, but no less tasty. Their secret is that the meat is not minced, but chopped by hand with a knife. The cutlets turn out very juicy and soft.

STEP 1
Prepare the ingredients.
STEP 2
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Wash the greens, dry and finely chop.
STEP 3
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut into small pieces.
STEP 4
Combine meat, cheese, mustard and herbs.
STEP 5
Add salt, pepper and mix well.
STEP 6
Beat the egg until smooth and lightly salt.
STEP 7
Pour crackers into a plate.
STEP 8
Form the minced meat into medium-sized cutlets.
STEP 9
Roll each cutlet in breadcrumbs, dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs again.
STEP 10
Fry the cutlets in hot butter on both sides until golden brown.
