I found the last autumn pear on the tree and decided to use it for the pie. On the website I found a recipe for chocolate pie with pears in a slow cooker. The composition is interesting and baking in a slow cooker is also unusual. I kneaded the dough strictly following the recipe. I took 75% dark chocolate and melted it in the microwave. To do this, I broke it into pieces and heated it 3 times for 20 seconds, stirring the mass each time. The dough turned out smooth and quite thick. I lined the bottom of the bowl with parchment to make it easier to remove the finished cake. I distributed the pear slices on top. Baking in a slow cooker is different in that the top does not brown, so decoration in the form of pieces of fruit is very useful. Although some pies can be turned over and “fried” a little. In my slow cooker, the pie was baked for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The toothpick came out dry. The cut surprised me at first; I thought the pie wasn’t baked. But upon closer inspection I realized that it was almost like a brownie). The bottom is crispy and the crumb is very tender (fully baked). The wonderful taste and aroma of chocolate goes well with pear! They took the pie with them on a visit and it scattered immediately).
