Chocolate pie with curd filling in a slow cooker

Place a saucepan with butter and chocolate over low heat.

Melt, stirring the mixture until smooth.

While the chocolate mass is cooling, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla in a bowl.

Next, pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. Sift flour with baking powder and add a pinch of salt. Mix everything thoroughly using a mixer. Do not add flour all at once. It may take a little less. The dough should not be very thick, but not liquid either. About the same as thick sour cream.

Beat cottage cheese, egg, sugar and vanillin (all ingredients for the curd mass) in a separate bowl.

Grease the multicooker bowl with oil (vegetable or butter) and pour 1/4 of the chocolate dough into it.

Place the curd mixture on top in the form of circles.

Place a spoonful of chocolate dough onto the curd circles.

Next, spread the remaining curd mass.

Top with the remaining chocolate dough.

Using a skewer or toothpick, level the surface.

Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes. in the "Baking" mode. After this time, let the cake cool slightly in the multicooker, then turn it over onto a baking dish for steaming from the multicooker. Leave until completely cool.

Place on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional).
