Chocolate Pie

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Eggs at room temperature. Alcohol (rum or cognac) if desired. Wheat flour can be replaced with nut flour. Butter with coconut oil. Adjust the sweetness yourself, you may want more or less sugar.
STEP 2
First the dough. Melt the chocolate and butter. Connect. Add alcohol.
STEP 3
This is such a glossy, homogeneous mass. I put it aside.
STEP 4
Combine eggs with sugar and salt and mix everything. No need to beat. Then combine with the chocolate-butter mixture.
STEP 5
Mix. This is what happens.

Sift all the flour at once.
STEP 7
This is such a very aromatic and chocolatey dough.
STEP 8
In the form in which I will bake, I greased the bottom and sides with butter and sprinkled with cocoa. I covered the bottom with parchment. I poured the dough, leveled it, you can hit it a couple of times :) on the table so that all the voids are filled. And I send it to a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 40-45 minutes. There is no need to set the temperature too high. The cake can rise a lot, and when it cools, it will fall off.
STEP 9
I check the readiness with a toothpick. Immediately after baking, a small cap will form on the pie, but as it cools, it will settle.
STEP 10
Let it cool completely and remove from the mold.
STEP 11
I’ll prepare the glaze. Melt the chocolate in a steam bath or in the microwave, combine with vegetable oil.
STEP 12
All is ready.
STEP 13
And I cover the cooled cake on all sides with glaze. When the glaze cools, it will become matte and will stick well to the cake. I didn’t have enough patience :)))
STEP 14
I transfer it to the form on which I will serve it and you can call everyone to the table.

The pie is very aromatic with a rich chocolate taste and a slight alcoholic note.

Moist, moderately sweet and very, very chocolatey!!!
