Chocolate Pancho with cherries
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
We will need two bowls of different sizes. You need to pour boiling water into one, and into another, larger one, cut the butter and break the chocolate. Mix these two ingredients until smooth.
STEP 2
Once the butter and chocolate have completely melted, the bowl can be removed from the water bath.
STEP 3
Add nuts if you like them.
STEP 4
Pour sugar into the resulting mass and mix.
STEP 5
Add the eggs one at a time and mix thoroughly.
STEP 6
Add baking powder and flour.
STEP 7
Mix, you can use a mixer, for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 8
Add the thawed cherries; you need to rid the frozen cherries of water as best as possible. But you shouldn’t squeeze the cherries; it’s better to just put them on a paper napkin.
STEP 9
Mix.
STEP 10
Place the mixture on a deep baking sheet and level it out.
STEP 11
Bake at 140-160 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
STEP 12
After the dough is baked, let it cool slightly.
STEP 13
Now cut it into squares.
STEP 14
Prepare the cream: whip the cream until thick. Combine the cream and sour cream and beat a little more. Add the powder, tasting to make sure it is not too sweet. Whisk everything together. The cream is ready.
STEP 15
You can assemble dessert in different ways. You can fold it into a pyramid, spreading layers onto a plate.
STEP 16
Or you can serve it in a bowl, also coating the layers. Decorate with fresh berries.
