  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make chocolate pudding dessert without baking? Measure out the required ingredients. Milk is suitable for any fat content, and cream with a fat content of 10-20%. The higher the fat content of dairy products, the tastier and more nutritious the dessert will be. The chocolate needs to be dark, milky or bitter - to your taste. Vanillin can be replaced with vanilla sugar (1 tsp)

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

In a small bowl, combine starch, flour, vanillin and cocoa, mix.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Break the chocolate into pieces into a suitable bowl and melt. How to melt chocolate? You can do this in the microwave on the appropriate mode according to the instructions for your equipment. Or in a water bath. To do this, place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and place it over a pan of boiling water. The bottom of the bowl with chocolate should not touch the water. Stir until the chocolate is smooth and melted.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

In a suitable sized saucepan, beat the yolks with sugar until smooth. Use a regular whisk.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour about half the milk into the beaten yolks and stir.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add dry ingredient mixture. Mix well with a whisk until the lumps disappear completely.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Add the rest of the milk and cream, mix well.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place the pan over medium heat. Heat the mixture until hot, stirring constantly.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Add the melted chocolate and stir well until the chocolate is completely melted.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Without stopping stirring, bring the chocolate mixture to a light boil. It is better not to increase the heat, but to leave it moderate so that the boiling is uniform.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

When the pudding thickens noticeably, reduce the heat to low. With constant stirring, cook the chocolate mixture to the desired thickness for 3-5 minutes. The longer the cooking time, the thicker the pudding will be. Keep in mind that after cooling the dessert will become even thicker.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

I brought the mass to a state where it slowly flows from a spoon. Let the finished pudding cool, then put it in the refrigerator for further cooling for 1.5-2 hours.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Place the chilled pudding in a bowl and serve. If desired, the dessert can be decorated with berries, soft fruits, and nuts. Bon appetit!

Charming yummy!!! A light, pleasant dessert and quite filling. Excellent food on a hot day. Thank you, I’m happy to take it to K/K. I’ll just venture to ask: cream is milk, and why not just milk or just cream? (When I read recipes, I suddenly realize that my supplies are always missing ONE product)....

Wonderful dessert! I just love everything chocolate. I often make puddings, especially with chocolate, but I haven’t come across this option yet. The preparation turned out to be simple and the ingredients are available, I’ll leave this recipe in my bookmarks. I changed two things a little. Firstly, I had a 200 ml box of cream, so I decided to add the entire volume and reduce the amount of milk by the same 50 ml. And I didn’t bother with melting the chocolate, but simply added the pieces of the bar directly to the saucepan with the mixture. The chocolate melted perfectly. While the mixture was heating on the stove, the consistency was quite liquid and it seemed that it would not thicken) But as it warmed up, the pudding thickened before our eyes, and also became smooth, shiny and dark. The mixture was stirred intensively so that there were no lumps and did not burn, this is the most “difficult” thing)) I immediately poured the finished pudding into bowls, four servings came out. After cooling, a tasty crust formed on the surface. Decorated with grated chocolate. The pudding turned out very tasty, creamy, richly chocolatey. The consistency is pleasant, delicate, but also quite dense. Once cooled, it holds its shape well when turned onto a plate. Thanks for the recipe!
