Chocolate curd cake

STEP 1

Measure out ingredients. To prepare chocolate-curd cake we will need: 350 g of cottage cheese
STEP 2

Pour 3 tbsp into the cottage cheese. l. sugar and grind until smooth.
STEP 3

Add the egg to the cottage cheese and mix everything again.
STEP 4

Add soft butter and remaining sugar, reserving 1 tbsp. l.
STEP 5

Add flour sifted with baking powder.
STEP 6

Beat everything until smooth.
STEP 7

Divide the resulting mass into two equal parts. Add raisins to one part. Mix.
STEP 8

Add cocoa and 1 tbsp to another part of the curd mass. l. Sahara. Stir until smooth.
STEP 9

First place the chocolate dough into a greased cake pan and smooth it out. I used a silicone baking pan, so I didn't grease it with anything. This amount of text requires a not very large form. I had a pan for a large cake, but the amount of ingredients was for a medium one. Therefore, it was possible to fill the mold only halfway and the cake did not turn out as high as I wanted, even taking into account the rise during baking.
STEP 10

Place light dough with raisins on top. Also level it out.
STEP 11

Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 45 minutes. Cool the finished cake slightly and remove from the mold. Bon appetit!
