First place the chocolate dough into a greased cake pan and smooth it out. I used a silicone baking pan, so I didn't grease it with anything. This amount of text requires a not very large form. I had a pan for a large cake, but the amount of ingredients was for a medium one. Therefore, it was possible to fill the mold only halfway and the cake did not turn out as high as I wanted, even taking into account the rise during baking.

Place light dough with raisins on top. Also level it out.

My daughter and I are lovers of chocolate baking, so we couldn’t pass up the recipe for chocolate cheesecake. I just had some cottage cheese left that needed to be put somewhere. I kneaded the dough with a mixer, the grains of cottage cheese did not completely disperse, but this does not matter to us. I took two small eggs and it took me one spoon more flour. I added cocoa to one part and raisins to the other. I pre-washed the raisins, dried them and rolled them in flour so that they were better distributed in the dough. I baked the cake in a small metal pan. First I laid out the chocolate dough, then the white dough. The time was 50 minutes. I didn’t turn the cake over, because it had a wonderful top). It cooled slowly, wrapped in two towels. The cut of the cupcake turned out very beautiful! It is porous, soft, juicy, silky! Curd pastries are very tasty, especially chocolate ones. Thank you very much for an interesting recipe!
