  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to bake chocolate brownie cake? Very easy and fast. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take the highest grade flour. You need large eggs. Bitter chocolate with cocoa content from 70%.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Melt the chopped chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Cool the mixture to room temperature.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth and fluffy. The sugar must be completely dissolved, otherwise it will settle to the bottom and the dough will not rise well during baking.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add the chocolate-butter mixture to the beaten eggs and beat again until smooth.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour the sifted flour into the dough and mix with a mixer until smooth at low speed. The dough should be of medium viscosity and fluid.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Pour the dough into a baking pan lined with parchment and greased with vegetable oil (I have a pan size of 28x20 cm) and smooth it out. Depending on the size of the mold, the thickness of the cake will be different. Bake the cake at 175°C for 30-40 minutes.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Cool the finished cake completely at room temperature right in the pan.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

While the cake is cooling, prepare the chocolate frosting. You can use thicker cream, but most likely you will need a little more.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

In a saucepan, combine the dark chocolate and cream broken into pieces. While stirring, melt the chocolate over low heat or in a double boiler until the mixture is smooth. You can replace dark chocolate with dark chocolate and add a little sugar if you wish.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Without removing the cake from the mold, pour the warm chocolate glaze onto it and let it harden.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Remove the cake from the mold and cut into even, uniform squares. Serve the brownies to the table. Bon appetit!

The chocolate brownies turned out great! I added less chocolate to the dough than needed (one hundred-gram 72% bar), and added nuts, mine were different - in addition to hazelnuts, almonds and cashews, I chopped everything with a knife and sprinkled it on top of the dough. I baked it until the toothpick was dry (even though the brownie should be liquid inside, I like it differently). Cool the finished pie and cut it into portioned cakes. It turned out great! Nice recipe, thanks!

Baked! Delicious - no words. But! I used a large pan (24x24). For a larger pan, and therefore a thinner brownie, the baking time must be reduced by at least 2-3 minutes. Exactly 20 minutes is a lot!

The chocolate brownie turned out delicious! You can serve it as separate cakes, you can use it as a cake layer, you can add nuts and dried fruits to the dough. I added chopped hazelnuts, previously lightly fried in a frying pan. Thanks for the recipe, very good!
