Chocolate banana cupcake

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to bake chocolate banana cupcake? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take bananas that are ripe and aromatic. If desired, you can replace dark chocolate with milk chocolate.
STEP 2

Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance (2 hours beforehand), it should become soft. Combine soft butter with sugar in a deep bowl (so as not to stain the table). Beat with a mixer until fluffy.
STEP 3

Take the eggs and wash them with baking soda in running water, as there may be harmful bacteria on their surface. Add the eggs to the butter-sugar mixture one at a time, beating thoroughly each time with a mixer.
STEP 4

The finished mass should turn white and increase 2-3 times.
STEP 5

Peel the bananas and break into pieces. Mash the pulp thoroughly with a fork, trying to ensure that there are no large lumps in the finished mass, or grind with a blender. Set aside, we will need them in the next steps.
STEP 6

Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. Cool to room temperature. When melting, you can add 2-3 tbsp. l. milk or cream. This will not affect the consistency of the dough, but will help the chocolate melt faster and not burn.
STEP 7

Add melted chocolate and mashed bananas to the whipped butter-egg mixture.
STEP 8

Beat everything with a mixer until smooth.
STEP 9

Sift the flour with cocoa and baking powder through a sieve or using a special mug. This will saturate the flour with oxygen and make the baked goods more airy.
STEP 10

Pour the flour mixture into the dough little by little. Beat the mixture with a mixer at low speed. Be prepared for the fact that you may need less or more flour. The dough should be quite thick.
STEP 11

Transfer the chocolate-banana batter into a cake pan. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes. The times are approximate, be guided by the features of your oven.
STEP 12

Turn the finished cake over onto a plate and remove from the pan. Cool slightly and sprinkle with cocoa. Bon appetit!
