    Wash the chicken and dry it. Cut the chicken into portions and remove the skin if desired.

    Sprinkle half of the spices over the meat, rubbing them into the meat.

I baked the chicken with potatoes in the oven without a sleeve, since I didn’t have one. So I improvised and covered the pan with the chicken and vegetables in foil. At the end, I removed the foil so that everything could brown a little. I really like to cook this way. Sometimes changing herbs and seasonings. It turned out very tasty!

Chicken with potatoes in the sleeve is a great solution for dinner. Simple and fast. I liked that the chicken was cooked immediately with vegetables. Both meat and side dish in one dish. I took chicken legs and marinated them as described in the recipe. While they were soaking in the aromas, I peeled and cut the vegetables. I only added salt and pepper to the potatoes, onions and carrots. I put everything in a sleeve and baked it in the oven for an hour. The aroma was amazing when I opened the sleeve. A lot of juice came out, which I poured over the dish. The chicken was soft, flavorful and juicy. The vegetables are wonderful, they are tender and very tasty. The recipe for chicken with potatoes in the sleeve is simply excellent! I really like cooking in my sleeve, because... The potatoes bake perfectly and the oven stays clean. In addition to potatoes and carrots, I added coarsely chopped cabbage to the recipe, replaced the onion with garlic at the marinating stage, and instead of mayonnaise I used homemade yogurt, because... I read somewhere that it is not recommended to heat mayonnaise due to the presence of preservatives and stabilizers in it. I also wanted to add bell pepper, but forgot. Both the chicken and the vegetables were cooked perfectly, and the cabbage had an interesting and unusual taste. This dish is quick and easy to prepare and is suitable for both everyday and festive occasions. Thank you very much for the recipe!

I didn’t have some ingredients, but I like the recipe for chicken with potatoes in the sleeve because they can be changed. I took what I had: chicken, potatoes, spices. From a minimal amount of ingredients I got a tasty and satisfying dinner. And of course very tasty!
