    Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, then in egg. Then repeat the flour-egg process again. This creates a fairly dense layer of batter around the chicken wing.

    Heat the prepared frying pan until hot, pour oil into it and place all the chicken pieces in the batter. Fry them for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then turn the heat to low and cook for another 10 minutes, remembering to turn them over during the process. You can simmer them under the lid. But if you want a crispy crust, then it’s better without a lid.

For dinner I cooked chicken wings in batter in a frying pan. Wings are my favorite part of chicken and that’s why the recipe interested me. I washed the wings, dried them with paper napkins and divided them into 3 parts. For the batter, I mixed eggs, flour, and chicken spices. Parts of the wings were dipped in batter, mixed and fried in a frying pan on both sides. Crispy crust and tender meat inside, what could be tastier!
