Chicken thighs in sour cream marinade in the oven

STEP 1
Composition of products.
STEP 2
We start preparing the sour cream marinade with lemon. We rinse it thoroughly under running water, dry it with a kitchen towel. Rub the zest into a plate. Then place the lemon on a cutting board, cut it in half and squeeze out the juice. For our recipe, 1 tablespoon is enough.
STEP 3
Finely chop the parsley with a sharp knife. Chop the garlic on a cutting board into small pieces of arbitrary shape.
STEP 4
Place sour cream, oregano, lemon juice with zest, garlic, vegetable oil, salt and ground pepper in a bowl. Mix everything until smooth. Pour in the parsley and mix again with a tablespoon.
STEP 5
Place the chicken in a regular plastic bag and carefully, using a tablespoon, pour in the marinade. Twist the bag tightly and stir the contents several times so that the marinade evenly covers all the chicken drumsticks.
STEP 6
Then put the bag of chicken in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes.
STEP 7
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, remove the bag of chicken from the refrigerator and place the drumsticks in a baking dish. After the oven has warmed up, place the baking sheet and bake the meat until fully cooked, about 45 - 60 minutes. During this time, the chicken should be completely baked.
STEP 8
An excellent side dish would be mashed potatoes, pasta of any shape, or boiled cereals.
