How simple, how delicious the chicken soup with rice and potatoes turned out. I cooked it from the backbone and wings, the broth turned out bright and golden. The taste of chicken goes well with rice cereal. The soup itself turned out soft, aromatic and airy. Rich and satisfying, goes well with sour cream and fresh pastries.

For lunch I made a light but satisfying chicken soup with rice and potatoes using this recipe. The broth was made from chicken back and two wings. Added an onion and a sprig of parsley. Cook the broth over low heat until it becomes clear. Long grain rice was washed and soaked in advance. I lowered it into the pan after the potatoes boiled. After 15 minutes I added the fried onions and carrots. For flavor, I added bay leaves and dried dill to the soup. The soup is delicious and nutritious! Golden like the sun!

Very simple and delicious chicken rice and potato soup. I recommend to everyone. This time I actually cooked it on the turkey, without frying it, a whole onion (then I threw it away) and grated carrots. The rice is only long and never steamed. You can make it with meatballs, it’s also delicious, and it’s even faster. If anyone doesn’t have this soup on their home menu, take note.

I love this rice and potato soup!! but I just don’t eat much, so I don’t add carrots or onions to it!!! I usually get just broth from rice, potatoes and chicken!! but I confess to everyone who doesn’t like or doesn’t really like these ingredients, this is just right!! Even when you’re on your way out, it’s just the right time to treat yourself with some broth!! You don’t have to eat rice and potatoes, it won’t do you any good!!! Bon appetit everyone!!!
