The butter should be soft, so remove it from the refrigerator in advance and leave it at room temperature to warm up. I don’t recommend replacing butter with margarine, since butter makes the cookies crumbly.
STEP 2

To make the butter softer faster, cut it into pieces. To prepare the dough, take a comfortable, spacious bowl. Combine soft butter and powdered sugar in a bowl. Mix until the powder begins to dissolve. It is advisable to use a mixer to beat the butter.
STEP 3

Then add the egg whites to the bowl. Mix all ingredients.
STEP 4

Sift the flour through a sieve. This will saturate it with oxygen and the dough will be more tender. The finished products will be more crumbly. Add flour into the bowl gradually and knead the dough. A mixer is not needed here. You can get by with a wooden spatula.
STEP 5

It may take a little more or less flour. Be guided by the consistency of the finished dough. You don't need to knead it for a long time. As soon as the dough comes together, do not add more flour. If you continue kneading, the dough will require more and more flour, eventually it will become dense, and the finished products will be tougher.
STEP 6

The dough turns out very soft. Place it in a silicone bag with a large nozzle.
STEP 7

Line a baking tray with parchment and press the cookies over the entire surface. Make small indentations in the center.
STEP 8

Place a little thick jam into each cookie. The jam can be of any flavor, the main thing here is its thickness. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 20-30 minutes. When baking, use your oven as a guide.
STEP 9

The finished cookies will be a beautiful golden color. Remove it from the oven and immediately remove it from the baking sheet so that it does not burn. Cool the cookies and help yourself. Bon appetit!
