    Cut the chicken fillet into portioned pieces, approximately the same size, so that it is convenient to thread them onto skewers. Place the chopped meat in a bowl of suitable size in which it will be marinated.

    To prepare the marinade, peel the onions and rinse in cold water. Then place the onion in the chopper and turn it into a paste.

    Add wine vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, curry to the chopped onion. Add salt and a little ground pepper to taste. When adding salt, keep in mind that mayonnaise is already salty.

    Add all the prepared marinade to the chicken and mix everything well. Then cover the bowl with a lid or cling film and leave the chicken to marinate for 2-3 hours. If you marinate for a long time, put the bowl in the refrigerator.

    Thread the finished marinated chicken onto skewers. If possible, remove excess marinade from the meat so that it does not start to burn. Cook the shish kebab over hot coals, frying evenly on all sides, for about 15 minutes. Make sure that the meat does not start to burn.

    While the kebab is cooking, you can prepare the sauce. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise with ketchup and add a little chopped parsley. Mix all ingredients. You can simply serve ketchup as a sauce for barbecue.

I liked the recipe “chicken fillet shashlik on the grill”, I really wanted a shish kebab, but it’s winter outside and the conditions are not right now for going out somewhere. Therefore, I decided to make shish kebab according to this recipe at home, using an electric kebab maker. It's convenient, fast and very tasty. I cut the chicken fillet into pieces so that they do not interfere with each other in the barbecue. I grated the onion using a grater with medium holes. For the marinade, I combined chopped onion with mustard, mayonnaise, barbecue seasoning, curry and chicken seasoning. I didn’t add salt, since mayonnaise is salty and there is salt in the seasonings. Rub the meat with marinade and leave it at room temperature for an hour. Then I threaded the chicken onto special skewers and placed it in an electric kebab maker. Cooked for 25 minutes. The finished kebab was served with pickled onions, Batumi sauce and mashed potatoes. Wonderful recipe! The chicken fillet turned out very tender, juicy, aromatic and tasty. This delicious dish can also be served on a holiday table. I really liked the marinade, especially the onions in the marinade. Thanks to the onion juice, the meat was marinated perfectly. Delicious!
