  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make chicken samsa filling? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Instead of the classic version of lamb with fat tail, it will contain chicken, and the spices will remain the same: cumin, pepper and salt.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Rinse the chicken fillet under running water, dry with paper towels, cut off excess membranes and fat and use a sharp knife to cut the fillet into small cubes. Instead of fillet, you can also use meat from chicken breasts and even fillet from thighs. To make chicken meat easier to cut, you can first put it in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Peel the onion, rinse with cold water and also cut into very small cubes. You can chop the onion in a blender bowl, but do not use a grater for this, as the juice released from the onion must completely penetrate the filling for it to be juicy.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place chopped chicken fillet, chopped onion in a deep container, add spices: cumin, ground black pepper and salt.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with your hands so that the onion releases its juice and adds juiciness to the future filling. Let the filling sit for 15 minutes, after which it can be used to prepare crispy puff samsa. Bon appetit!
