STEP 1
How to make chicken roll in a bottle with gelatin? Let's prepare the meat. I had frozen fillet and a couple of wings, I just filled it with cold water and put it on gas, added bay leaf and pepper. As soon as it boils, reduce the heat and cook under the lid.

Peel the onions, carrots and garlic and rinse them.
STEP 3
Place the vegetables in the boiling broth and cook the meat until tender. Add some salt 10 minutes before the end of cooking.

Let's cut off the neck of the bottle or trim it so that the broth can be poured into the resulting hole and pieces of meat can be placed.

Remove the finished meat and cool.
STEP 6
And we need to make jelly. To do this, separate part of the cooled broth and dissolve the granules in it, placing the saucepan on the fire. Stirring with a spoon, dissolve, let them swell (about 10 minutes) and bring in a water bath until completely dissolved. You can do it according to the instructions on the jelly packaging.

Separate the meat from the bone and divide the fillet into pieces.
STEP 8
First, fill a clean bottle with meat, compacting it with a spoon (if you want the roll to be meaty), add a carrot in the middle on one side (you can skip this step, I was sorry to throw away the carrot, and it decorated the roll).

After a couple of layers, sprinkle the meat with green onions.
STEP 10
Add some chopped bell pepper on top.
STEP 11
And then pour in the jelly, diluted with broth. After stirring this bright mixture (so that the broth reaches the bottom), let it stand for 10 minutes.

Place the filled bottle, tied with cling film, in the refrigerator.
STEP 13
But we take it out no earlier than after 5-7-8 hours (it all depends on how cool you want to make the jelly). Use scissors to carefully cut along the wall of the bottle.
STEP 14
Then you can cut the bottom of the bottle, lightly shake the roll onto a dish and help yourself.
STEP 15
