  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make liver pancakes from chicken liver? First of all, prepare the ingredients. You will learn how to choose semolina by reading an article on this topic. There is a link at the end of this recipe.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash the liver, dry it with a paper towel to remove excess moisture, or simply place it in a sieve. Cut off all the veins and any excess.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

We take a large onion or two small ones) The onion adds juiciness, don’t be afraid, you won’t overdo it. Peel the onion and cut into small pieces.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

    Wash the eggs.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Rinse the parsley and shake well from the water)

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Now grinding. I suggest doing everything in a blender - it’s better to grind everything this way. If you don’t have one, you can use a meat grinder, but keep in mind that there will be large pieces. Place all prepared products in a blender and grind until smooth.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Pour our “dough” into a bowl, salt and pepper to taste. Add semolina and mix well. Leave for 20 minutes so that the semolina swells well. Some people add flour - for some reason I don’t really like it... But everyone has their own preferences. And one more thing about soda - I don’t add soda. I like the pancakes to be tender and soft. The quantity of ingredients has been checked - this is the best option. The dough is not very thick, but we like it that way - thin, delicate pancakes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up and spoon out the pancakes. The pancakes fry quickly. When you see that the edges have set and changed color, turn them over carefully. The articles at the end of this recipe will help you with choosing a frying pan and oil for frying.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Fry on the other side until done.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

These are such wonderful and aromatic chicken liver pancakes.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

We set the table and invite everyone to dinner! Fresh vegetables go perfectly with liver pancakes. For the sauce, I use unsweetened yogurt, which I mix with dried herbs - very aromatic and fresh! Cook for your health and bon appetit!

I made chicken liver pancakes for dinner. They are made very quickly and not at all difficult. I had 490 grams of chicken liver, according to the calculator on the website it turned out to be 6 servings. 1.5 eggs needed to be added. I put two (C1) and added more semolina. Made the dough in a food processor. It turned out to be medium thick. I fried the pancakes in a cast iron frying pan for about 1.5 minutes on each side. They turned out tender, soft and very tasty. It’s great that with minimal effort it turned out to be a very filling and appetizing dinner. I served liver pancakes with mashed potatoes. Thank you very much for the recipe!

The result was thin pancakes. Completely prepared according to the recipe. You definitely need to wait a while for the semolina to swell. The pancakes are delicious and fry quickly. Oil only for the first pancakes, then in a dry frying pan.
