Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make liver cutlets from chicken liver with semolina? Pass the liver through a meat grinder. Twist the onion into it. Add the egg, semolina, mayonnaise, ground ginger, salt and pepper to taste. Chop the garlic very finely or squeeze with a garlic press. Mix well. Leave for 20 minutes for the semolina to swell.
STEP 2

Spoon the cutlets into a frying pan with sunflower oil. Fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
STEP 3

From this quantity of products I got 20 cutlets. You can eat it with a side dish, with vegetables, or you can make sandwiches. Bon appetit!

I made chicken liver cutlets with semolina for dinner. I had 1 kg of chicken liver, so I made it for 12 servings. To make the mince for the cutlets, I used a food processor instead of a meat grinder. I didn’t have ginger, so I added a ready-made mixture for chicken to the minced meat (among other spices it included ginger). I fried the cutlets in a cast-iron frying pan over low heat for about 2.5-3 minutes on each side. The resulting liver cutlets were juicy, tender, and very tasty. Well fried on one side, they easily turn over to the other. I served cutlets with buckwheat. Thank you very much for the recipe!
