    1. There are no special preparations in this recipe, so let’s start cooking right away! Boil the rice and add dried fruits (raisins and chopped dried apricots). For sweetness I'll add a quarter of a green apple!

    2. Squeeze lemon juice, add spices, salt (1 tbsp), sugar (1 tbsp), 1 clove of garlic and 1 tbsp. l olive oil. Coat the chicken well with our sauce and fill it with a side dish with rice.

    3. Place the chicken in a cooking sleeve (bag) and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.

    4. While the chicken is marinating, let's take care of our second side dish - potatoes. Cut it into slices, salt it well, add spices to taste and a spoonful of olive oil. Mix everything thoroughly.

    5. Place our chicken on a baking sheet and add potatoes to it. Place in the oven for 45 minutes at a temperature of 200 C. If you want the chicken to be more cooked, place it after 45 minutes for 15 minutes at 150 C for airflow (convection).
