Chicken fillet stuffed with quince
Quince will give chicken meat new dimensions of taste. The other day I saw a very beautiful quince in the store and couldn’t resist. I was thinking about what to make from it. I didn’t find anything interesting for myself, so I experimented as I went. As a result, my son, who doesn’t eat everything, said: your chicken is simply delicious. Unfortunately, I didn’t keep track and my quince darkened on top, but I really wanted to preserve its bright yellow color. But this did not affect the taste at all.

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr 30 mins
STEP 1
Measure out ingredients.
STEP 2
Sauce. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Pass the garlic through a press. Mix sour cream, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix.
STEP 3
Filling. Wash the quince, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the seeds. Cut each half into half rings 5 mm thick.
STEP 4
Wash the chicken breast, dry it, cut it along the ridge into 2 parts. Make 4-5 deep transverse cuts in each part.
STEP 5
Place the chicken in a baking dish.
STEP 6
Coat the breast with the sauce, trying to get the mixture into the cuts.
STEP 7
Place quince slices in the cuts on the chicken.
STEP 8
Bake for 45-50 minutes at 180°C. If the quince starts to burn, cover the pan with foil.
