Great recipe! No need to stand in the kitchen for a long time. One, two and done! I cooked chicken fillet in sour cream in the oven for only 15 minutes, the oven assistant did the rest. I cooked one serving in a cocotte maker, but did not add onions for my own reasons. I cut the fillet and rubbed it with spices. I took seasoning for chicken, but didn’t add salt. I put the fillet in the cocotte maker, poured it with sour cream, took 15% as recommended by the author, sprinkled it with gaisin cheese and baked for 40 minutes. All! A gorgeous dish is ready! I served chicken breast in sour cream with vegetable salad. The meat turned out juicy and tender, cut into slices well. The sour cream soaked the chicken perfectly, and the cheese made a great crust.
