I decided to make cutlets for my child and I really liked this recipe. I used store-bought minced chicken. I added chopped onion, soaked loaf, salt and ground coriander instead of pepper. I also put the yolk in the minced meat. Mix thoroughly and beat against the sides of the bowl. Formed flatbreads and added pieces of cheese. I used gouda cheese, it is tasty and melts well. I rolled the cutlets in breadcrumbs and baked them in the oven for half an hour. When baking, cheese slightly leaked out of a couple of cutlets, apparently I didn’t coat them well. Chicken cutlets with cheese in the oven - it's quick and easy. Amazingly tasty and juicy cutlets. The child devoured the cutlet with cheese with great pleasure. The result was a crispy crust on the outside and a juicy cutlet on the inside. Thanks to the oven, they are absolutely not greasy. Chicken cutlets are soft and tender. It's amazingly delicious.
