STEP 1
How to make chicken cutlets with cheese? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Break the loaf into pieces and cover with cold water, let stand for 5-10 minutes. You need to fill it with cold water, then the crumb will remain dense. Hot water turns it into jelly, which is then almost impossible to squeeze out.
STEP 2
Wash and dry the fillet. Cut into pieces and grind in a blender or meat grinder with a fine grid. I prefer to punch it with a blender, so the cutlets turn out more tender and dense at the same time.
STEP 3
Squeeze out the bun, add to the skipped breast and grind again until smooth. Transfer the minced meat to a bowl.
STEP 4
Peel and finely chop the onion and add to the bowl with the minced meat.
STEP 5
Salt, pepper and mix everything thoroughly. If the minced meat is very dense, add a little water, then the cutlets will turn out more juicy. Mix everything and beat the minced meat thoroughly until thick and smooth. To do this, collect the minced meat in your hand, lift it above the cup and throw it back. Do this 10-15 times. Divide the minced meat into equal parts.
STEP 6
Cut the hard cheese into long bars. The cheese must melt well, otherwise there will be no effect of leaking cheese.
STEP 7
Using wet hands, make a flat cake from each piece of minced meat and place a block of cheese in its center. Bring the edges together and form into patties.
STEP 8
Place the cutlets in breadcrumbs and thoroughly bread them.
STEP 9
Form all the cutlets like this.
STEP 10
Cover a baking tray with baking paper and place the cutlets on it.
STEP 11
