Chicken cutlets PP with flakes

An original recipe for a well-known meat dish. Very tender, juicy! PP chicken cutlets with flakes turn out very soft, tender, juicy and tasty! The minced meat is homogeneous, holds its shape well, and does not spread while frying the cutlets. The cutlets do not stick to the pan and do not fall apart. Making them is a pleasure! My children really liked these cutlets, and the adults were happy too.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make PP chicken cutlets with flakes? Ingredients needed for the recipe for chicken cutlets with flakes. Peel the onion and garlic and wash. Use any ready-made minced meat or grind it yourself through a meat grinder. Take any spices you like. I took suneli hops and ground black pepper. I also took a little dill, but if you don’t like greens in cutlets, don’t add them.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Pour milk over oatmeal and stir.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Let the cereal steep in milk for 20-30 minutes. This is what the finished milk-oat mixture looks like (in the photo). This is one option. The second, no less interesting, option for pouring cereal: you can beat eggs and milk with a fork and pour this mixture over the cereal, not just milk, and also leave the cereal in the milk-egg mixture for the same 20-30 minutes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Finely chop the onions and greens (if you will put them in the minced meat).

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

In a bowl with minced meat, add chopped onions and herbs, garlic squeezed through a press, salt and spices to taste and an egg (if you did not previously add it to the cereal filling). Mix everything.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add oatmeal to the minced meat, knead the minced meat thoroughly.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Next, dip your hands in a bowl of water with wet hands and form cutlets. From the specified volume of products, I only got 12 cutlets. If you prefer breaded cutlets, then please, you can bread them.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Now fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown, after heating the frying pan and heating the oil thoroughly (I used 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil). Then cover the frying pan with a lid and steam (required!) the cutlets over low heat, or add water or sour cream and simmer (so that the flakes steam thoroughly). Place delicious and tender cutlets on plates. You can serve them with a side dish: potatoes, porridge, etc. Bon appetit!

I add oatmeal to pork and beef cutlets. And I cook chicken with semolina. Try this option too.

How juicy the PP chicken cutlets with flakes turned out! Just a delight! I grated the onion and garlic clove for the cutlets on a fine grater. I took instant cereal. I think these cutlets can be made without eggs and they will still be tasty and hold their shape well. Next time I'll try that. I also added seasoning for the minced meat. I fried the cutlets until golden brown on one side, turned them over, covered them with a lid and finished cooking. Everyone really liked it, I couldn’t do without some additives))) Thanks for the recipe!

I support this recipe. I also cook these cutlets. It’s just that one day there was nothing for dinner except a handful of minced meat. By analogy with rice meatballs, instead of rice, I added oatmeal directly to the minced meat, an egg, spices, and salt

I was very happy when I accidentally saw your recipe! My friend treated me to these cutlets - SUPER! Tasty and economical (which is very important to me!). She only rubbed boiled rolled oats through a sieve. But your recipe is even simpler. This is what I simply need (I have to save a lot). I will definitely cook according to your recipe and write back. I really want cutlets, but I don’t have the money for expensive ones. THANK YOU!!!

I prepared delicious and tender chicken cutlets with cereal for dinner for my family! Very tasty cutlets that both kids and adults love in our family. However, I don’t add pepper to children. The taste of the cutlets is delicious, and in addition, they are very nutritious and healthy. Thank you very much for the recipe!
