Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until tender, about 30 minutes. Then remove it from the broth, cool and finely chop. Chicken broth can be used to make some kind of soup.

    Peel the onions, cut into small cubes and place in a deep plate.

    Pour apple cider vinegar diluted with half and half water on the onion - this is necessary in order to remove the bitterness from it. Leave the onion to marinate for 10 minutes, after which we drain the liquid and squeeze the onion well to remove excess liquid.

    Place the eggs in boiling salted water and cook for 10 minutes until tender. Transfer them to a bowl of cold water and let cool well. I sometimes change the water to fresh and colder water, because the eggs heat it up quickly. Eggs boiled in this way will be well shelled. Peel the cooled eggs and cut into small cubes. You can pass them through a special strainer to simplify and speed up this process.

    Mix the chicken with the eggs and place on a flat dish of a suitable size.

    Add pickled onions.

    Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and put it in the salad along with chopped garlic.

I decided to make a salad of chicken fillet, cheese and eggs for a snack. I prepared everything exactly according to the recipe, only replacing the chicken fillet with boiled chicken leg meat. The meat was separated from the bones and cut. I marinated the onion in apple cider vinegar as described in the recipe. I boiled the eggs in advance and cooled them. I used hard Dutch cheese. I crushed all the ingredients and mixed them. Dressed with mayonnaise. I didn’t add salt, since cheese and mayonnaise are salty enough for me. I just peppered it. The salad was steeped and soaked, or rather, all the mayonnaise was absorbed and it turned out a little dry. Before serving, I added a little mayonnaise again. Great salad! The onion is not bitter and crunches well in the salad. The salad is so satisfying that you don’t need anything else except a slice of bread) but I would dilute this salad for juiciness - with bell pepper or cucumber, corn or peas) Good recipe!
