    How to make a chicken burger? Prepare the necessary ingredients. I advise you to prepare the minced chicken yourself by chopping pieces of chicken fillet in a blender or meat grinder. Separate the lettuce leaves from the stem, wash and shake off the water.

    Cut the burger buns in half lengthwise. You can use buns made from wheat flour or rye-wheat, with or without sesame sprinkles. My buns are small in diameter and weigh 65 g each. If you have large buns (100 g each), then this amount of minced meat is enough for 3-4 burgers.

    Wash the tomato and cut into not very thick slices.

    Peel the onion and cut into thin rings.

    Shake the cucumber off the brine and also cut into slices.

    Salt and pepper the minced chicken and knead thoroughly with your hands. Divide the minced meat into 5 equal parts and form 5 round identical cutlets. It is advisable to make the cutlets not very thick so that the overall height of the burger is comfortable for consumption.

    Then fry in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked and golden brown. It is worth considering that during frying, the cutlets slightly shrink in size and become denser, so it is better to initially form it slightly larger than the diameter of the bun.

    Collect the burgers. Place 1-2 lettuce leaves on bottom of burger buns. Place red onion rings on top. Place the chicken cutlet on the onion. Distribute slices of tomatoes and pickled cucumbers on top. Cover everything with another lettuce leaf and the top half of the bun.

My mouth started watering as soon as I saw the recipe😋I delighted my family with these super homemade burgers with chicken - chicken burgers for dinner! Freshly cooked cutlets are very important in burgers, the chicken turned out to be incredibly tender, breaded from💗I put the sauce on a slightly dried bun in a frying pan ( also homemade mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, it seems to me that a burger wouldn’t be a burger without it)), cutlet, lettuce, fresh tomatoes, red onion rings, cheese, and covered with the other half of the bun smeared with sauce!
